Honolulu Shopping

Honolulu shopping may not be as chic as New York and San Francisco but you can still have fun and spend lots of money! From silly souvenirs to haute couture, here's where you will find the best shopping on Oahu.

Ala Moana Shopping Center

Hawaii’s largest shopping center. Restaurants and bars, coffee shops, designer boutiques, department stores and more. For your convenience, there's a Bank of Hawaii branch and Food Land grocery store in the mall plus cash machines for all the other major Hawaiian banks.

The main level has some nice koi ponds offering a relaxing spot for a rest after lots of shopping. And in additional to all the shopping, you can enjoy free entertainment at the Centerstage, located at Center Court, Street Level adjacent to the Customer Service Center.

Luxury Row

If you’re looking for the top designers, you’ll find them at Luxury Row on Kalakaua Avenue.

  • Tiffany & Co.
  • Coach
  • Yves Saint Laurent
  • Hugo Boss
  • Chanel
  • Gucci
  • Tod’s
  • Bottega Veneta

And just down the street you'll find more like Louis Vuitton, Fendi and Prada.

Luxury Row Waikiki.

International Marketplace

International Marketplace. This open air market is right in the heart of Waikiki between Kuhio and Kalakaua Avenue and it's a great place to do your Honolulu shopping for souvenirs and gifts. They've got jewelry, clothes, locally made wood decorations, a food court and more. Even if you don't want to buy anything, the International Marketplace is a fun place to walk around and hang out.

Royal Hawaiian Center

Shopping, dining and entertainment. The Royal Hawaiian Center, which is right next to the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, also offers free Hawaiian Culture enrichment programs. It's a three level, open air shopping center with some excellent views of Kalakaua Avenue and Waikiki. There are some very nice sitting areas with huge, comfortable chairs perfect if you just want to sit and have a cup of tea before getting back to shopping.

ABC Stores

If you're looking for inexpensive snorkeling equipment, beach towels, t-shirts, flip flops and other beach gear, you'll find it at an ABC Store. They also sell packages of souvenirs so if you have a lot of people you need to buy for, you can buy in mini bulk and get a discount. They also have snacks and drinks as well as toiletries.

ABC Stores are located throughout Hawaii and they are everywhere in Waikiki so you can't miss them!
