Honolulu Pro Bowl

Hawaii does not have any professional football teams but we do have the Honolulu Pro Bowl. (That's American football for all you football/soccor fans.) In February, after the Super Bowl, the best players from the American Football Conference (AFC) come to Honolulu's Aloha Stadium to play against the best players from the National Football Conference (NFC).

This grudge match between the two conferences is more for bragging rights, it has nothing to do with team standings. So some of your favorite players may be on the same team. These players you've cheered against all season are now on your team. That's okay, it's all good fun.

It's quite an accomplishment for a player to get to go to Hawaii as a Pro Bowl player. Of course, they get enjoy a nice vacation here in paradise. Maybe we'll see you at the game!
