Honolulu Fort DeRussy
Beach Park

One of the longest, widest beaches in Waikiki, the Honolulu Fort DeRussy Beach Park is a wonderful spot to play at the beach, in the water or at the park.

Fort DeRussy is located between Beachwalk and Ala Moana Boulevard and both the park and the beach are quite large. If you want to play at the beach, there are some rentals for snorkeling equipment and lounges. And if you get hungry, you'll find restaurants and cafes at the nearby hotels including the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

The park includes picnic table and barbeques, tennis courts, a fitness course, handball and volleyball courts. Many locals and visitors enjoy jogging through the park. Or if you prefer, have a run along the beach. The park also houses the Hawaii Army Museum and Fort DeRussy Chapel.
