Each Hawaiian island is unique and worth a visit. Because Hawaii Interisland Travel is so easy it's possible to pop over to the outer islands for a quick visit and see something a little different. Luckily, they are all beautiful so no matter which island you choose, you won't go wrong.
Honolulu is the only major city you will find in Hawaii so visiting other parts of Oahu and other islands will give you a more country feel. Getting around Honolulu and Waikiki does not require a car but getting around the other islands does and the car rentals can be expensive. If you have time while you're here to see the other islands you will not be disappointed.

Molokai
This laid back island has no traffic lights and really, no one is in much of a hurry. It's a great place to relax and do some hiking. Many visit Molokai to see the site of Saint Damien's ministry to the lepers at Kalaupapa. For a little night life, tourists and locals go to Hula Shores at the Hotel Molokai. Drinks, dancing and fun but it's all over by 11pm. Remember, this is Molokai.
The Molokai airport is located in the middle of the island and is a 30 minute flight from Honolulu.
Visit one island or visit them all. Because Hawaii Interisland Travel is so convenient, you have the freedom to go to the outer islands whenever you are ready. Have a wonderful time!
