DoubleTree Alana Waikiki

The DoubleTree Alana Waikiki is especially popular with business travelers because it's close to the Hawaii Convention Center. It's located between the Ala Moana Shopping Center and the downtown area and Waikiki so it's convenient for both business and tourist activities.

The Honolulu DoubleTree is more of a boutique hotel. The lobby is not as spacious as the larger resort hotels but it does have a relaxing view of the Fort DeRussey Park right across the street. It is just up the street from Hilton Hawaiian Village and though it is not on the beach, it is still within easy walking distance. You'll also find plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
